Hythe Bay Nursery promotes good health and well-being for children, families, and staff members.

At Hythe Bay Nursery, Key Persons monitor their key children's well-being and involvement levels and their health. If there is ever a concern, the nursery would work with the family and any relevant professionals to support the child or family.

We work with parents and have an open-door policy. We work in partnership with parents and are able to signpost them to any outside agencies that could help them.

​

Staff members have access to regular supervisions with a member of the leadership and management team. Communication is also encouraged in weekly room leader meetings and termly whole staff team meetings. We will be having Staff Health and Wellbeing sessions for our May 2019 Staff development day.
